Client Consent:
By booking a session with Ki to Satori, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You also consent to receive the services offered by Ki to Satori and understand that they are complementary therapies aimed at promoting well-being.

Scope of Services:
We offer a variety of holistic healing services, including but not limited to Reiki, Massage therapy, Shamanic practices, energy healing, and spiritual counselling. These services are intended to support overall wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Zero Tolerance Policy:
Ki to Satori has a Zero Tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, physical aggression, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic, and any other conduct deemed inappropriate by our staff.
Any client who engages in such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and their session will be terminated. In addition, Ki to Satori reserves the right to cancel any packages or paid sessions booked by the client without providing a refund.

Our practitioners are trained, certified, and experienced in their respective fields. They adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics and strive to provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all clients.

Confidentiality:
Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during sessions, including personal and health-related details, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Health Disclaimer:
While our holistic healing services may offer relaxation, stress relief, and other benefits, they are not a replacement for medical care, treatment or diagnosis. Client Responsibility:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health history, including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications. Please communicate openly with your practitioner about any changes or concerns regarding your health.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due at the time of booking or before the start of the session, unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods specified by Ki to Satori. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Consent for Minors:
If you are booking a session for a minor (under 18 years old), you must provide consent as their legal guardian and accompany them during the session.

Liability Waiver:
Ki to Satori, its practitioners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the use of our services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct and any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before participating in these services and agree to assume all risks associated with participating in these services and to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being. Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that Ki to Satori does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from these holistic healing services.
